NAPP Online Conference Registration

Please note that you must secure your hotel accommodations separately by calling the The Royal Sonesta Hotel at 800-766-3782. Be sure to reference the NAPP Conference to ensure our $189 per night room rate. Conference Fees

The NAPP Conference Registration Fees are as follows:

  • $825 - Full registration fee for members 
  • $925 - Full registration fee for non-members 
  • $175 - Spousal registration fee
               (accompanied by a full registration only) 
  • $975 - Combo Membership Renewal and Registration Fee 
  • $1025 - Combo New One Year Membership and Registration Fee
  • $195 - For Annual Membership Only, please refer to our
               Online Membership Application!
Conference registration fees include:
  • Admission to all sessions and workshops
      
  • Welcome reception with cocktails
      
  • Daily continental breakfast and two luncheons
      
  • An evening of cocktails and light refreshments at the 
    Procure-to-Pay Solutions and Technology Fair
      
  • A gala buffet dinner
      
  • Bon-voyage breakfast buffet with the vendors

Attendees can use the form below to register online, by fax, or by US Postal Service.  Please follow the instruction below.
   
    • Credit Card Online:  Complete all information below and click on the Submit button.  An e-mail payment confirmation will follow within 2 business days.


    • Credit Card via Fax:  Complete all information below, print the form and fax it to 239.393.2225.  An e-mail payment confirmation will follow within 2 business days.
        
    • Check via Mail:  Complete all information below, print the form, enclose check and mail to the address below.  An e-mail confirmation will follow within 2 business days after we receive your completed registration form.

Due to hotel guarantee requirements, no refunds or credits will be issued after January 25th, 2008.
