Webinar Sponsorship

When it’s free they will come! NAPP Webinars attract an average of 100 participants. Why? Because the NAPP reaches out to over 7,500 purchasing and payables professionals and tells them that through the generous sponsorship of your company, the webinar is at no cost to them.

Add to that your customer list for potential up selling and you have a potent partnership at the most reasonable webinar sponsorship rates in the industry. On top of that, the NAPP does all of the logistical work in getting your webinar off and running!

NAPP 2010 Conference Sponsorships

The NAPP is offering several unique and reasonably priced opportunities to get your company’s name in front of our attendees at the NAPP 18th Annual Conference. High quality, full color signs will highlight your company’s logo and tag line.

The NAPP is the only national organization that focuses on the entire procurement to payment life cycle, and our Annual Conference is the only national forum that integrates both Purchasing and Accounts Payable disciplines into its program.

    Do you want and up-close and personal audience of our NAPP 2010 Attendees? We are offering a unique opportunity for two of our vendor partners. These seminars will allow your company to present an in-depth look at your products and services.

     
  2. Welcome Cocktail Reception (1 Available)

    Sunday, February 14th, 4:00 – 6:00 PM

    Large signage and table cards with your logo will highlight your sponsorship of the opening event of the Conference! You are free to place small give-a-ways on the cocktail tables.
     
  3. Breakfast Package (1 Available)

    Monday, February 15th; Tuesday, February 16th; and Wednesday, February 17th.

    Large signage and table cards with your logo will highlight your sponsorship of the breakfasts.
     
  4. Luncheon Package (1 Available)

    Monday, February 15th and Tuesday, February 16th

    Large signage and table cards with your logo will highlight your sponsorship of the conference luncheons.
  5. Dinner Party (1 Available) 

    Monday Evening, February 15th, 7:00-9:00 PM

NAPP 2010 Tradeshow Opportunities

Booth space is going fast but space is still currently available in the Procure-to-Pay Solutions and Technology Fair at the NAPP 2010 National Conference.

The Solutions & Technology Fair will provide a showcase to demonstrate your company's innovative products and services to Purchasing and Payables Executives, Supply Chain Managers and Technical Specialists. For a further break down of our audience, please see our Conference Demographics page.

The 2010 Procure-to-Pay Tradeshow venue will consist of forty 10' x 10' exhibit spaces. Any type of display booth that fits in a 10' x 10' space is acceptable. The cost per space is reasonable and includes two exhibitor passes. All individuals attending the show or working an exhibit booth will be required to have a pass. Additional passes are available for an extra fee.

Premium Industry Exposure

In addition to the up close and personal format of the P2P Solutions and Technology Fair, your participation receives national attention in various Media & News Releases such as Purchasing Magazine.

Our vendor registration fee includes:

  • 5 hours of exhibit time consisting of two 2.5 hour trade shows with a cocktail reception on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
     
  • Admittance to all conference sessions, meals and social events.

Please note, there will be no competing classroom sessions during your exhibit times. Additionally, unlike other conferences we encourage vendors to participate in our practitioner-led sessions! This is truly an outstanding value for your trade show budget!
